At this time of the year, in which travels and experiences are the protagonists of our lives, we try to project our expectations on discovering new sensations linked to places, new colours, scents and avours that we wish to keep in our memories during the rest of the year. So from this Dreams collection, we want to show you, once again, new places, a unique cuisine and state-of-the-art products. We will show you a glimpse into Australia, a multicultural country and the sixth biggest country in the world that is also a whole continent, which makes it unique even if it’s the smallest one. We will introduce Espido Freire, the youngest writer awarded the Planeta prize, and her awarded novel: Melocotones helados.
We will show you our Hospes Palacio de los Patos Hotel, which displays a combination of two architectural styles: palace and alabaster. We will visit some of its rooms and its most iconic suites, located in one of the most commercial areas of the city, near tourist attractions and local restaurants. We will also take you on a tour of Valencia, where you can nd our hotel Hospes Palau de Mar, a small palace inspired by the sea that symbolises the values of the city. e gastronomic expert for this issue is Félix Mota, our chef at Hospes Puerta de Alcalá, who includes traditional dishes with modern twists in his menu. His market cuisine, along with the stunning views of the Alcalá Gate (Puerta de Alcalá) make our restaurant a charming place. As for experiences, we propose you a summer bike tour along the river Turia and, as usual, we will make you dream of renowned brands that represent a guarantee of quality.
