How do you combine your two passions: cooking and music?
Well, we listen to music while we cook, so I live with both. My job and my passion is cooking, and my hobby and second passion is music. I can’t take up music as a career, because I’m really bad at it, but I’m always surrounded by music somehow. My job has allowed me to get closer to many musicians and even play with them. I owe many things to cooking. I like drawing, and I draw every single dish I make, every idea...DSTAGE originated from a sketch drawn on a napkin. I can also write articles on magazines, or a book.Cooking has allowed me to do whatever I wanted: travelling, riding a motorcycle...I still have much to do!
What do you like to do in your spare time?
I like eating out, I am a good diner. I also like to experience the profession from the other side. I like having fun with my friends, being with my family and disconnecting from time to time.
What’s Diego Guerrero like?
We must be de ned by other people, since we don’t know which image of ourselves we’re projecting. I hope I’m projectig positive things. I can tell that my team loves me, because they show it everyday, and I love them too. I try to be honest with what I do, even if I get upset sometimes. Otherwise I can’t sleep at night. My opinion is that if things are done right, everything works.  e older I get, the more doubts I have. Some people are very con dent because they have everything under their belts, and I think that everything can be improved.
